4, Payment:100% at sight,non transferable,irrevocable L/C from main bank in China 98% first payment against loading port docs,2% balance payment against discharging port docs.

We cannot open revolving,divisable,transferable and confirmed L/C(all of this terms or only one of them ) and can not open L/C for the amount of total 1 year amount. We can only can open 100% at sight irrevocable,non-transferable documentary L/C for monthly amount. Other financial instruction such as BG. SBLC are not workable.

5, PB:2% before L/C

6, Before contract signed,we need to know seller's sale's records,such as last shipment docs :B/L SGS/CIQ reports that show seller as shipper.If no seller’s name is shown as please do not send to me. We do not need sample analysis certificates. Or, seller show other info that can prove seller have the ability to carry out contract.

4. Quantity: loose bulk preferred, maximum monthly quantity 3, 00,000 MT. Minimum 20,000 MT.
5. PB: 2% PB before LC for new or small exporters.
6. Past docs: past SGS/BL/CIQ requested (You can even hide your consignee's name).
7. LOI/ICPO: it can be arranged first if past docs can be provided immediately

But first of all,to save time,we have to say the following 3 conditions are not negotiable:

1. After contract signed, 2%pb first placed then we issue dlc to you
2. If we sign contract with you , we could issue dlc to you or someone else but be not transferable, (if you need, your commission is include in the target price.)
3. If our end buyer sign contract with you, they could issue dlc transferable but usually list last beneficiary on. And we get our commission base on another agreement between us.

For most direct sellers, this is just standard job.
